I had such fun painting Ham Hockney. Being given the opportunity to create work on a different surface is such a thrill and I love coming up with new design combinations. This 3D painting is really starting to influence my art practice.
David Hockney has been one of my biggest inspirations. I grew up in Yorkshire and used to visit Salt's Mill as a child. Hockney was one of the first artists I saw exhibited, so when thinking of fun art names for my pig I couldn't resist Ham Hockney.
He is being auctioned off for charity by the Sovereign Art Foundation along with many other amazing pigs painted by artists.
