I'm proud to introduce Esther Chow, a guest artist who will teach a Saturday class at my studio from August 2021! Esther and I first worked together 12 years ago at my studio in Wan Chai and I am excited to have her back with me for a limited period of time.
Esther works primarily from observation and draws inspiration from the forms and colours of the natural world.
She received a BFA from the school of the Art Institute of Chicago with a focus on painting and drawing. Esther is a certified teacher with a PGCE and was an Artist-in-Residence in an international school in Shanghai. In addition, she has exhibited in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Los Angeles, Chicago, Prague and Mongolia.
