Shipping

Hong Kong

The Hong Kong postal system is excellent and I'm happy to offer all Hong Kong orders  free delivery. You can expect delivery in 2-5 days for the colouring-in books, 3-7 days for a limited edition print or painting and up to 2 weeks for a handwoven photomontage as these are made to order unless already in stock.

International Shipping Method

I can ship to most destinations worldwide. Artwork is usually shipped using the Registered Air Mail service provided by the Hong Kong Post Office and it's an excellent service. With this shipping option clients will be provided with an online tracking number for the delivery status. Parcels shipped in this way will require signature upon receipt, and will usually require around 3-10 days for delivery, but will be up to 3 weeks for photomontage works or paintings. Please note however that this is not insured and if you require insurance you should note this in the special instructions when checking out. We will not be responsible for any uninsured mail which is lost or damaged in transit.
I can also ship via Speed Post on request. If preferred, I can use courier services such as Fedex or DHL. For clients who would like to use their own personal or corporate courier account, please simply provide us with your account details and I will ship this way.

Packing for shipping

The nature of the items I sell mean that they often require special care and attention when packaging for shipment. I will ensure all parcels are packed to a very high standard.
For overseas I recommend and prefer to ship prints in strong cardboard tubes. For Photomontage work, which cannot be rolled or paintings I will ship flat using multiple layers of rigid corrugated cardboard.

Payment Method

For online shopping via our Shopping Cart service, I accept payment by Paypal. Alternatively and particularly for larger purchases I can provide you with bank account details at HSBC for direct transfer or telegraphic transfer.
