Who is this retreat for?

It’s for the mums who feel like they’re constantly managing everything.

It’s for the daughters who are growing up faster than you expected.

It’s for the women who rarely get time to just sit… and be.

It's also for those of you who might be thinking about your own mums.

This isn’t just about daughters.  It can be for our mothers too. Or even something shared across generations. My own mum came on my Creative HeART Retreat earlier this year. It was so good to share this experience and witness her enjoyment. 

There’s something incredibly powerful about stepping out of your usual roles… and meeting each other in a different space.

Not as the organiser.
Not as the one being told what to do.
Just as two people, sharing time together.

What will we be doing?

Set in a UNESCO Heritage site in Chiang Mai, this retreat is all about stepping away from our phones and reconnecting with the power of art - so you can restore balance and feel properly refreshed.

Through a series of fun, creative projects, you’ll make artwork together, create individually, and also collaborate as a whole group. Everyone will be supported, encouraged, and free to explore in a relaxed, pressure-free environment, because when people feel comfortable, the creativity really flows.

There’ll be plenty of downtime for you when you need it, along with lots of opportunities to enjoy group activities too.

The Retreat Includes:

🌿A Cooking Lesson

🌿Transportation to and from the resort


Here's an outline of what one of the full days will look like:

8:30am - Breakfast

10am-12pm - Get creative with El

12:30pm - Delicious Thai Lunch

2:00 - 4pm  - Creative Session/trip to the art village

Free time to relax, read, have a swim, or do some journaling. 

7:00pm Dinner

Single Private Deluxe Room:

HKD7500 each ( Early Bird $6,880) 

The price is inclusive of all meals, accommodation and activities.  
The price does not include flights.
Flights can be booked with Air Asia for around hkd 1,900
