Chiang Mai Northern Thailand

Join  Eleanor in Chiang Mai at the Kaomai Lanna Resort, a UNESCO heritage site set in the lush tropical countryside of Northern Thailand.  This charming collection of old tobacco curing barns has been carefully restored to create the most magical place.

I recommend flying Air Asia on Saturday 4th (which arrives at 12:40 or the HK express arriving at 6:40pm) and leaving on the 7:25 HK Express flight on Wednesday 8th 

The main part of the retreat will be Saturday & Sunday. Two full days.
Those arriving late or leaving early this is not an issue. Friday consists of a welcome tour and an evening wind-down creative session.  The retreat finishes in the morning on Monday at lunch-time - giving you the rest of the day to enjoy the venue before flying home.

Set at the stunning Kaomailanna resort in Chiang Mai, surrounded by lush greenery, we’ll draw inspiration from nature itself. Take a break from the everyday hustle and embark on a creative journey with me by your side.

This mini-retreat is all about recharging your energy, exploring the meditative power of art, and embracing the joy of play. Experience the magic of creating in this beautiful outdoor setting. All are welcome—no prior experience needed, Although artists will benefit from this too!

The retreat includes:

🌿2  Art sessions each day 

🌿1 morning creative session and 1 optional afternoon sketch session.

🌿3 meals each day

🌿Transport to and from the resort

🌿One evening relax and unwind sound meditation * TBC

Here's an outline of what one of the full days will look like:

8:30am - Breakfast

10am-12pm - Get creative with El

12:30pm - Delicious Thai Lunch

2:00 - 4pm  - Creative Session

Free time to relax, read, have a swim or do some journaling. 

7:00pm Dinner

🌿Upon arrival you'll receive a gift tote with all the art materials you'll need, including a journal, travel watercolour set, brushes and pencils plus some pilates goodies. 

Three meals a day plus afternoon tea will be served.  A lot of the fruit and vegetables come from the Kaomai garden so the ingredients are wonderfully fresh. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know.   oOOMA aims to cater for everything but should you need an extra indulgence Kaomai Lanna has its own stylish coffee shop serving delicious coffee and cakes.
