This is a weekly course that runs throughout the term time. We will sometimes work in other mediums, but it is predominantly an oils session to build skills, practice ala prima painting, and study the masters.
Learn all about the Renaissance oil painting techniques used by the great masters, and discover the joy of painting in oils.A great foundation for anyone looking to study art, or just as a means of relaxation. No prior art experience is needed, just enthusiasm and interest.Students will work from life and reference photos, creating numerous studies, along with a final painting.
Open to all secondary students who want to improve their painting skills.
